The brain doesn't know what is right? Or what is wrong? Only we are the people who tell our thoughts, our likes, dislikes, wants to our brain. Thoughts are powerful and full of energy. Change your thoughts, change your vision will change your destiny. Whenever you are doing something, you have a lot of quarries, thoughts, dilemmas while doing that work. If you really want to control your mind or put them in the right direction, just lie to your brain, tell them a fake story about your future desires or goals, so that he believes you and automatically responds to your thoughts. Treat your mind politely. If you are saying that I want this, and I know that one day I will achieve this if your beliefs are strong, then your mind automatically supports your ideas.
A NEGATIVE MIND NEVER GIVES YOU POSITIVE LIFE
To make our lives fruitful, the one ability we all need to master or control more than anything else is the ability of how to think and how not to think. Your life's whole agenda is based on the way you are taking things positively or negatively. Any thought which disturbs your mind state and if it makes you feel uncomfortable and these radiate to other people and create disturbance in their mind, that thought is negative. We all know what negative thinking is.
Why do few people create positive thoughts, and few others create highly negative thoughts? Why are we different? And how do we create the right thought? We all need to know the source of your negative thinking. Information is the most important source of thought. Now the question is arises what creates our mind? If it's my diet, which creates my mind. Which diet? Emotional diet. Yes, it's an emotional diet, and what is a person's emotional eating is Information. The Information involved everything that we see, watch, and read. All these things which go in our mind are stored in our memory and that information gets stored in our subconscious mind and becomes a part of thoughts.
How can you change your view by being positive?
· Begin your day with extra gratitude. Don't just charge your phones or laptops, charge yourself up with positive all day.
· Resolve to have a positive view. Nobody, including ourselves, is perfect; everybody has a good or not so pleasant side to them.
· Look at the real deal with the negative because we are more focused on the negative our mind occupying with other faults.
· Do the small thing right — little things in life matter.
· Decide to help others. Be kind, be helpful, do spiritual practice in your morning routine.
· Avoiding negative people and their thoughts are more necessary for being positive in life because if you are in regular touch with that people, after some time, you will feel that their negative behavior eventually influences your behavior.
· You can change your perspective by only changing your inputs.
· Manage your expectation. We can't control someone's actions and their thoughts, so it's better to manage our expectations.
