In my today's article, I am about to tell you how important to be confident? How it can change your view towards life? And 5 ways to become confident. Today we will discuss how confidence can enhance your life and give them a new direction. In today’s world, we really have to work in dynamic areas, whether it will be new or durable for us, but still, we have to deal with this. We are the people who hesitate when we got any activity or have any work regarding public dealing, we hesitate sometimes, and well that’s totally normal. Being hesitant is just a part of human behavior which we can’t control it, we have to deal with this. We feel free to speak in front of our family, our friends because we don’t have any worries regarding our behavior and mistakes.

A question comes to arise why do we hesitate? Well, this is so basic; whenever we face people whom we don’t know, we feel a bit shy to open ourselves or feel shy to put ourselves in front of another person. If you belong from that same category, then no need to panic, the best mantra to overcome your hesitation or to look confident is that just pretend to be confident.

Pretending to be confident will change your appearance in a positive manner. Play with your mind and tell that you are a person who is not less in anyhow from anyone. You have that spark in which you can easily indulge anyone in your zone. You are born to impress people. Just act like that person whom you really wish to be. Just have some faith in yourself.

1.  FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT. Usually, when people see someone who has high esteem, people never look at their mistakes or their wrong reasoning. That’s why in many professions like sales, politics, and many more they show fake confidence, which helps them to impress people. So prepare yourself to behave like a confident person because this is a self-fulfilling prophecy that will help you to become truly confident. Just act like that person whom you really wish to be.


2. ACT POSITIVE. More than just thinking positive, you actually put it into your actions. This is the key to developing self-confidence. It is necessary to leave to think positive, but when you start acting on it, you change yourself, your actions at a time. You are what you do; if you change what you do, then you automatically change what you are. The best way to deal with this is to talk to people positively or politely, put energy into your actions. In this way, you can tremendously change your self-image. Soon you will surely see yourself as a different person.


 3. STOP COMPARING. Have you ever noticed when you meet a kid, at that time, you don’t feel nervous, but when you meet someone high in status, power, talent, or money that time you feel nervous or under-confident? Well before some years, I noticed this thing in myself when I was a teenager and I was quite shy, kind of but now I am just opposite to that because now I don’t compare myself with others. Yes, I get inspired by others but never compare myself with other people. True confidence is one when a person feels confident without comparing himself with others. So always remember one thing no one is above, and no one is below then you.


 4. CONFIDENT BODY LANGUAGE. If you really want to see instant confidence in you, then firstly change your body language because our 55%communication is done by the body language and 35% from our voice tone. That’s why it is more necessary to make your body language and your voice tone to be confident. Always remember to make eye contact and a normal voice tone while talking, make sure your body language must be calm and relaxed. These little changes can boost your instant confidence among people.

 5. KILL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. Overthinking is the leading cause of negative thoughts. These negative thoughts have the power to control your good deeds. When I was doing exercise, sometimes my mind would start saying that “this is too hard, why I am doing this, I should stop this and watch TV.” Then I recognize that these negative self-talks are stopping me from doing good. Only you are one who can change your negative thoughts into a positive ones.

 THERE IS NOTHING TO PROVE BUT EVERYTHING TO IMPROVE. So get out of your zone and make a push to your life towards your future goals.
