• Then chew the rest of the wet seeds on an empty stomach, or you can drink 350-500 ml of fenugreek water for weight loss.
2nd method
• You can soak fenugreek for 2 to 3 days till it will become a sprout.
• You can add these sprouts into the salads. This will help you to feel full for the whole day.
Drinking only fenugreek water or chewing wet fenugreek seeds is not effective in the long term. Fenugreek can only help you in weight loss if you exercise daily or follow a healthy diet plan. Eating healthy food or doing physical workouts are the primary necessities for every weight loss journey.
